SPECIAL FOOD ON EID-UL-ADHA Of 2020- Eid
is a special festival of Muslims. Muslims celebrate two eids per year; one of
them is Eid-ul-Fitr and other is Eid-ul-Adha. Eid-ul-Fitr is a festival of joy
and happiness, also known as Small Eid. While Eid-ul-Adha is a festival of
sacrifice and it is also regarded as Bari Eid. Remembering this feast, the one
and only thing that comes to our mind is Special Food prepared.
Entertainment on both Eids are limited
for three days but there is no limit on food. Actually, this festival is
celebrated in the honor of Ibrahim (A.S). Ibrahim (A.S) showed their
willingness to sacrifice his son.
The
story was that Ibrahim (A.S) was asked to sacrifice his dearest thing. This
command was given by Allah Almighty. Even Ismail (A.S) showed willingness to
fulfill the order of Allah Almighty. At the time of sacrifice, a lamb was sent
from heaven to sacrifice instead of Ibrahim (A.S). This great incident is
remembered till now in the form of a festival.
On
this day lamb or goat or cow is sacrificed in the way of Allah. This is a great
day having a lesson to help needy people. The meat is divided into four parts;
one part is for self, second is for relatives, third is for friends and the
last part is particulate to the needy persons. Preparations are at peak level
in this festival. These preparations include sharpening of knife, preparation
of meat, preparation of dishes and also sweat dishes. If you want to know about

Biryani is a word originated from India during Mughal dynasty and also
originated from Persia according to some persons. This is the traditional food
not only in Pakistan or India but also a common food of Asia. This is known to

one-pot meal.this will not allow you to escape to any other dish in the
presence of Mutton Biryani. Moreover it will not take more time but prepared in
quick time and easily.

To
prepare mutton bryani, there is a simple procedure which require no technical
requirements. First of all clean the mutton by drainage of excess water and
this squeeze this excess water. Adding all the marination ingradients rub with
your fingers and marinate for about 1-2 hours. Heat ghee or oil and fry the
cashews and raisins. Rice the boil and spread in a plate and then mix with
mutton. Then fry the onions and marinate the meat. Add the garam masalah. Place
the layer of biryani over upper part. By adding milk and cream, cover the lid
of pot and heat for 10-15 minutes on low flame. Now serve the dish with Raita.
The terminology of shammi kebab is originated from Urdu word “Sham” and
in English it is “Night”. There are also many other perspectives due to which it
is called shammi kebab. Out of these one is the scent of an itr named
“Shamama”. It is the most favorite dish served to guests in home in many areas
specially like Pakistan, India, Bangladesh. This dish is also served in many
Europian countries. There is no restriction of raita. You can serve it with
raita, ketchup, sauce etc. Moreover, Shami Kebab is mostly eaten in Hyderabad.
In order to having trouble in starter, it is a great source of starter dish and
suitable for night parties as it’s named is expressed.
The
major ingredients required for the preparation of shami kebab are;

To prepare Boil
the Channa Daal and Mutton keema for 45 minutes. Keep this Daal for cooling and
grind them. Mix different masalahs and then add salt and red chili and ginger
garlic powder. Mix these ingradients and cook for 20 minutes and then grind
them. Then mix onion, green chili and lemon juice to this material completely
mix them. Make flat balls and cool them for 10 minutes. Fry these balls in pan
and then place in a separate pot. Then serve to your family and guests.
MUTTON
KOFTA
A special food for Non-Vegetarian is Mutton Kofta. Meat is minced and
egg, channa daal and other ingradients as per required are used for the tasty
food mutton kofta. It is quite similar to Nargisi Kofta. The major difference
between these two foods is that mutton kofta is more spicier while Nargisi
kofta is less spicier. This is my personally favorite dish and a great meal for
serving in parties, get together and in case of serving to guests. Ingradients
for this yummy dish are

To
prepare mutton kofta, fry the onions till they turn brown. Add 1 cup of water
and stir. Then make a paste of ginger, garlic and poppyseeds by grinding them
together. Add this paste into onion mixture and fry them for 1-2 minutes. Add
the chopped tomatoes and stir them. From another side, make a mixture of daal,
eggs and minced mutton. Here make small kofta
balls and add a little amount of oil on the hand to grease it. Add this
into onion mixture and strain water. Place this mixture for boiling. Keep this kofta
mixture for 20 minutes on low flame and after given time your dish is ready.
Serve it and enjoy.
As derived from name, it is clear that it is meat minced in salt.
Namkeen is an Urdu word and in English it is salted. This food is mostly eaten
in Pakistan and really it is a gift for food lovers. Some people go to some
extent that they said we cannot live without namkeen gosht. It is different
from a common karahi. The difference is created due to its two features; it has
no pepper and salty. To cook meat in its own fat, namkeen gosht is prepared. It
cannot be prepared by chicken, it is prepared by mutton generally. However
lamb, cow, beef is also used to prepare namkeen gosht. Now to taste this yummy
food, you must know following major ingradients;

To prepare Namkeen Gosht, first of all add mutton, ginger garlic paste, ghee, cumin and salt and cook this mixture for 20 minutes. Add tomatoes and hot water in this paste and thoroughly grind up for 25 minutes. Put black pepper powder, green chili and yogurt into that paste and fry them for 5 minutes. Then garnish this mixture and your favorite dish is ready.
The
word Sheer Khurma is taken from persion language. Sheer means milk and khurma
means dates. Simply we can say sheer khurma a milk with dates. Eid brings many
joy and happiness and Eid-Ul-Adha brings a lot of dishes in advance. Everyone
eats tasty and spicy food but after that they need a sweat dish and sheer
khurma is perfect for their needs. This is full of creamy and other vital
ingradients used for health of human body. You have seen ever that you go to
restaurant and eat meal of your desire, and after that you also require some
sweat in the form of ice-cream or any kheer etc. In the same case whatever you
eliminate all the spicy and delicious food, you need a sweat food and sheer

The preparation of this sweat dish is very easy and every one can prepare it easily. Take two pans; in one pan add almonds, raisins etc and mix them. In another pan, put ghee and vermicelli and roast them thoroughly. Boil milk and add sugar in it. Now bring the mixture of ghee and vermicelli, add dates with saffron then add cardamom powder and garnish well. Thoroughly mixing up this mixture, cool the dish and then your favorite dish sheer khurma is ready.
